A New Arrival: A Flagship Pret Experience at Heathrow

Working in close collaboration with Pret A Manger and KAD Retail, DRAW Creative helped bring to life a striking new flagship café at Heathrow Terminal 5 Arrivals, combining architectural ambition, British brand identity and contemporary hospitality design.

Inspired by Terminal 5's iconic architecture and aeronautical character, the design introduces bold sculptural forms, dramatic cantilevered structures and bespoke branded details that establish a distinctive presence within the arrivals hall.

Three key design features define the space:

• Sculptural Food Displays: A dramatic central feature draws passengers into the space, using cantilevered forms inspired by the terminal's architecture to showcase Pret's freshly prepared food.

• Architectural Service Counter: A statement counter and cantilevered canopy create a striking focal point, combining visual impact with efficient service and intuitive customer flow.

• A Welcoming Café Destination: Curved forms, illuminated Pret roundels and bespoke branded finishes establish a strong visual identity, complemented by a thoughtfully designed 104-seat café.

Balancing distinctive design with the demands of a busy international airport, the flagship delivers a memorable welcome to London and a fresh expression of the Pret brand.
