Shades differs from other sunglasses brands because it is bold, confident has a distinctive play on colour through its frames and lenses.

With quality, and self expression being at the forefront of the Shades mantra, the language of the branding, packaging design and presentation environment needed to be something that was vibrant and focused.

Our branding approach was developed by deconstructing colours associated with sunshine into 4 brand statement colours and married this with a super confident ‘statement’ style wordmarque. Extending out from the graphic approach we found inspiration in Mexican modernist architecture for the Kiosk environment.

We designed bold simple geometry, characteristic materials with the expression of colour to create an artistic retail display in which the playful product can be  explored.
